Work Wear

I am a firm believer of not keeping clothes tucked away in your wardrobe “for best”.  What’s the point of that?  If you love an outfit, wear it and enjoy it!

I tend to buy daytime clothing that I can wear equally well at work, at weekend, or wherever I wish to.  I don’t see the point in having a dull work wardrobe, I want to enjoy my clothing every day, not just at the weekend.

I thought that I would share with you some of my recent outfits of the day which I have worn to work.  Apologies for the bathroom shots, but it’s the only mirror in the building.

I think that you can tell the days that I haven't really woken up yet!

What do you wear to work?

    1. Thank you Leah! That was a dress that survived the great black purge of my wardrobe :)

  2. Ooh I love all of these outfits on you! The 2nd, 3rd, and 5th are especially lovely. I used to work in retail where we had to wear a uniform. Camel shirt, black trousers/jeans + a black sweatshirt and gilet. It made me look like Steve Urwin! Not good. Haha! xx

    1. I think I am still mentally scarred from my old school uniform which was maroon and mustard!! I love wearing a different dress every day to work :)

  3. These are gorgeous. I have a dilema at the moment because my work place has just become more strict on dress code. (no jeans etc although I refuse to give up my black jeans!). So I am heading more towards dresses etc.

where is the top from (4th picture down)?

    1. We work on the smart dress code, so no jeans etc, although I am daily dress wearer anyway so not a problem for me. The top is from Very, but not sure if it is still available. x
